We invite you to participate in our headache research study. We are working
to improve our on-line headache assessment tool. Free participation involves:
- Viewing a brief video describing the study and the headache questionnaire. In this video
you will see Dr. Bruce Abbott, board certified neurologist and headache specialist describe
different headache conditions and set the background for taking the
headache questionnaire.
- Registering for the study.
- Completing the headache questionnaire.
- Participating in a follow up telephone survey.
Your headache assessment profile will be e-mailed to you upon
completion of these steps.
